At No Idle Club, every piece is produced in very limited quantities, and we want to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
🔒 Sizing & Change of Mind
• Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
• Please check our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.
âš¡ Damaged or Faulty Items
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Once approved, we’ll arrange a return shipping label and either:
• Replace the item (if stock is available), OR
• Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
📨 Returns Process
1. Email us first with your order details and photos.
2. Wait for confirmation before sending anything back.
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
