All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note: shipping times may vary during high-volume periods such as drops, restocks, or sale events.

Order Processing

-Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday.

-Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

-You will receive a confirmation email after purchase, and a tracking email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

-Your location

-The weight/size of your order

-The shipping method selected

We offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our socials and email list.

Pre-Orders 

If a product is marked PRE-ORDER, your entire order will ship when the pre-order item arrives.

If you want in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking info to activate.

Incorrect Shipping Details

If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

No Idle Club is not responsible for:

-Parcels lost by the courier

-Delays caused by postal services

-Damaged items during transit

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.

-Wrong size chosen
